2021 SEASON
Tues 8/3- Championship Results are in! Congrats to our 'Cudas for their Third Place finish, and to all of our qualifying swimmers who swam at our meet! A special congrats to our First Place winners Reese Berg, Nathaniel Kern, Marcus Innamorato, Clare Schwartz, Ty Hollar, Rylee Bambara, Billy Ruddy, Jillian Berg, Brenna Philson, Chris Kiederling, Jonathan Kern, and our Boys 200 Step-Up Relay (Innamorato, Ruddy, N. Mon 8/2- Fantastic job by all at our virtual WVSC Championships on Friday. Results to be published on Wednesday 8/4. Check back here!
Tue 7/27- Another great home meet to finish up our regular season! Our swimmers showed that their hard work is paying off, swimming 41 Personal Bests, some new events, and even a bunch of First Places by Rylee Bambara, Jillian Berg, Reese Berg, Addy Carlson, Katie Ciannella, Tyler Current, Paige Decaro, Sydney Greenwood, Ty Hollar, Marcus Innamorato, Kayleigh Kaminskyj, Jonathan Kern, Nathaniel Kern, Kailey Kovach, Addison Metzgar, Carter Muller, Emily Newton, Brenna Philson, Freddie Robins, Billy Ruddy, Evan Saul, and Clare Schwartz. Fri 7/23- Great job by our swimmers at last night's Tranquility meet! There were 33 Personal Best Times swum, along with Firsts by Carter Bambara, Rylee Bambara, Jillian Berg, Reese Berg, Katie Ciannella, Sydney Greenwood, Ty Hollar, Kayleigh Kaminskyj, Jonathan Kern, Nathaniel Kern, Josh Langley, Charles Lindo, Addison Metzgar, Emily Newton, John Pfister, Molly Riva, Billy Ruddy, Evan Saul, and Clare Schwartz. Wed 7/21 (Swim-A-Long Update)- Hi everyone, Every year the WVSC selects a worthy recipient and swimmers from around the league swim to raise money for that worthy cause. That date was originally slated for 7/14, but we had a very busy week already (with makeup meets, etc.), so we will be running our event on Tuesday, 7/27 during morning practices. The itinerary is as follows:
8:30-9:15 (13 & Overs)- Waterpolo!9:30- 10:15 (9-12s)- Wacky-Relays!10:30-11:00 (8 & Unders)- Wacky-Relays!
We are asking for a $5.00-$10.00 per swimmer donation (cash or check made out to Kittatinny Barracudas- we will provide one team check to the league). This year’s recipient is Benny’s Bodega.

Tues 7/20- There were a bunch of great swims last night, including about 25 Personal Best Times and a whole bunch of swimmers trying out new events for the first time. First Places were earned by Jonathan Kern, Addison Metzgar, Sydney Greenwood, Cameron Kovach, Emily Newton, Carter Bambera, Reese Berg, Nathaniel Kern, Ty Hollar, Carley Wikander, Marcus Innamorato, Clare Schwartz, Billy Ruddy, and Rylee Bambera. Nice job everyone! Fri 7/16- Still waiting to receive results from Stockholm (6:00 pm)... Thurs 7/15-Looking forward to fun night at the beach tonight! Good luck swimmers! We are still looking for a few parent volunteers... We also earned 22 First places with exciting swims by Rylee Bambara, Molly Bellflowers, Reese Berg, Addy Carlson, Ty Hollar, Jonathan Kern, Nathaniel Kern, Kailey Kovach, Addison Metzgar, Billy Ruddy, Clare Schwartz, and Iris Wikander. Tues 7/13- We are experiencing difficulty with Hotmail subscibers recieving our correspondence (this seems to happen with distribution list emails). We are working on it with our provider; if anyone would prefer to change where they receive their correspondence to send us a new address. Tues 7/13- The Newton Meet was re-scheduled for tomorrow night. Please note- as this is on a different night we are asking for parents to re-sign up for volunteer spots, and for any swimmers who cannot make it to list themselves in the appropriate spot (please note: Newton is typically our biggest competition and it would be great to have everyone there!) Go HERE to sign-up/out. Newton has a later-than-usual timeframe (most meets are an hour earlier than this; they have lights though):
